The name of the dancer was Valencia Prime who was just 25 years old when she took her last breath. She collapsed on the dancing stage on Monday, 12th September 2022. The victim was recognised as a trans lady and promoted herself as “Philadelphia’s Plus Size Dancing Diva.” As per the report, she was giving her dance performance at Tabu nightclub which is in Center City while she was hosting her own live-proclaimed, “Prime Time”, and this tragedy happened. But officially asserted by the venue who wrote a post on Instagram which reads that “We grieve the loss of a very rising and bright star in the performance community and an individual who was always made people positive with her presence and she always lives her life fullest and the way she wants. We say a final goodbye to Valencia Prime, but we will not forget the light and the happiness you brought to the dancing stage.” As per the media reports, the medical examiner of Philadelphia listed the cause of the demise of Prine as cardiac arrest or heart disease and classified the ways of her death as due to natural causes. A pal of Prime penned on social media “She was an adorable bright and shining star whose kindness and selflessness had been felt from all the person who knows her and came across to her. I a really feeling devastated after learning about her death news and for the loss of the community of gay. She influenced many people.” Tabu declared on social media platforms that it will organise a free memorial show in honour of Prime on Monday, 19th September 2022 with the mother of the performer set to attend. In order to help her family, a GoFundMe page has increased to more than $11,000. May God give rest to her soul.
